Packers Hire Jeff Hafley as Defensive Coordinator!

Jeff Hafley was just hired as Packers new defensive coordinator. Yesterday, he was Boston Collage’s Head Coach. The Packers could have had Dave Aranda, who is Baylor’s current head coach, but the Packers decided to go a different way. If I had to make a list of the best DC candidates he would maybe be on the bottom.  Let’s not take away that he’s been a great coach at BC. But before Boston Collage he coached for teams like Pittsburgh and Rutgers. The first NFL team he coached was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2012. He was one of the best recruiters from 2019- 2021 at Ohio State and Boston College. The Packers do have a great defense. Now let’s see what he can do.
